Gelong vows
ལུས་ངག་གི་ཉེས་སྤྱོད་མཐའ་དག་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་སྤོང་བར་མནོས་པའི་རིགས་སུ་གནས་པས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་རབ་བྱུང་གི་སྡོམ་པར་དམིགས་པ།
དགེ་སློང་གི་སྡོམ་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That observed as an ordained vow distinguished by abiding in the class of committing to abandon all the faulty behaviour of body and speech for as long as one lives.
When divided, there are the two: དེ་ལ་དབྱེ་ན། དགེ་སློང་ཕ་མའི་སྡོམ་པ་གཉིས།

སྤང་བྱ་ཉིས་བརྒྱ་ལྔ་བཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་དང་སྤང་བྱ་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་ཞེས་སོགས་སོ་སོར་བཞག
For their definitions replace the above with:

The 253 are: ཉིས་བརྒྱ་ལྔ་བཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་ནི།
- Four common downfalls ཕམ་པ་ཐུན་མོང་བ་བཞི།
- Remaining thirteen ལྷག་མ་བཅུ་གསུམ།
- Thirty transgressions requiring forfeiture སྤང་ལྟུང་སུམ་ཅུ།
- Ninety simple transgressions འབའ་ཞིག་པ་དགུ་བཅུ།
- Four individually confessed སོར་བཤགས་བཞི།
- One hundred and twelve misdeeds ཉེས་བྱས་བརྒྱ་བཅུ་གཉིས།

རྗེས་མཐུན་གྱི་ཆོས་དྲུག་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་སྤོང་བར་མནོས་པས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་རབ་བྱུང་གི་སྡོམ་པར་དམིགས་པ། དགེ་སློབ་མའི་སྡོམ་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡིན།
Definition of Gelongma vows: That observed as an ordained vow distinguished by committing to abandon the six root dharmas obtained subsequent to the Getsulma vows and the six concordant dharmas for as long as one lives.
The 364 are: མའི་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་ནི།
- Eight common downfalls ཕམ་པ་ཐུན་མོང་བ་བརྒྱད།
- Remaining twenty ལྷག་མ་ཉི་ཤུ།
- Thirty three transgressions requiring forfeiture སྤང་ལྟུང་སུམ་ཅུ་གསུམ།
- One hundred and eighty simple transgressions ལྟུང་བྱེད་འབའ་ཞིག་བརྒྱ་བརྒྱད་ཅུ།
- Eleven individually confessed སོ་སོར་བཤགས་པ་བཅུ་གཅིག
- One hundred and twelve misdeeds ཉེས་བྱས་བརྒྱ་བཅུ་གཉིས།
