Karma is definite

སྐྱེ་འཕགས་གང་ཡིན་ཀྱང༌། ཚོར་བ་བདེ་བ་ཐ་ན་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་སྐྱེས་པ་ན་རླུང་བསིལ་བ་ལངས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཅུང་ཟད་བདེ་བར་བྱུང་བ་ཙམ་ཡན་ཆད།
རང་གི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་པའི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་བསགས་པ་ལས་བྱུང་། མི་དགེ་བ་ལས་བདེ་བ་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་གནས་མེད་ལ།
Regardless of being an ordinary being or an Arya, any pleasant feeling - even the slightest comfort experienced by those born in the hell-realms in dependence upon the arising of a cool breeze - arises from the accumulated virtuous karma that is its cause. Happiness arising from non-virtue is impossible.

ཚོར་བ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐ་ན་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཐོབ་ནའང་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འབྱུང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་པའི་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་ལས་འབྱུང་གི
དགེ་བའི་ལས་ལས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འབྱུང་བ་ནི་གནས་མེད་དེ།
Any suffering feeling - even all the physical sufferings that arise even having attained Foe-Destroyer - arises from the non-virtuous karma that is its cause. Suffering arising from virtuous karma is impossible.

རིན་ཆེན་ཕྲེང་བ་ལས། མི་དགེ་བ་ལས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན། །དེ་བཞིན་ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དོ། །དགེ་ལས་བདེ་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་དུ་བདེ་བ་དག །ཅེས་གསུངས།
[Nagarjuna's] Precious Garland says:
From non-virtue, there is all suffering and likewise all lower migrations. From virtue, there is all happy migrations and happiness in all births.
