Lay (upāsaka) vows

རྩ་བ་གསུམ། ལོག་གཡེམ་ཆང་སྟེ། སྤང་བྱ་ལྔ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་སྤོང་བར་མནོས་པས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་རིགས་སུ་གནས་པའི་སོ་ཐར་གྱི་སྡོམ་པར་དམིགས་པ།
དགེ་བསྙེན་གྱི་སྡོམ་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That observed as an individual liberation vow abiding in the class distinguished by committing to abandon the five objects of abandonment - the three roots, sexual misconduct, and alcohol - for as long as one lives.
