2. Those with internal obstacles for obtaining food and drink ཟས་སྐོམ་ལ་ནང་གི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཡོད་པ།
3. Those with obstacles within the food and drink themselves ཟས་སྐོམ་ཉིད་ལ་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཡོད་པ།
