Abandoning the two obstructions

ས་བདུན་པའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་ཡིན་ན། རང་གིས་དངོས་སུ་དྲངས་པའི་ས་བདུན་པའི་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་ཡོད་དགོས་པ་དང་།
If it is the uninterrupted path of the seventh ground, then there necessarily exists a liberated path of the seventh ground that is directly induced by it.

སྤྱིར་ཡང་ས་བཅུ་པ་མ་གཏོགས། གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐད་ཅིག་ཐ་མ་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དུ་བྱེད་པ་མི་འཐད་དོ།
In general, apart from the tenth ground, it is incorrect to posit the final moment of the other [grounds] as an uninterrupted path.

དེས་དཔེར་མཚོན་ན་ས་དྲུག་པའི་རྗེས་ཐོབ་ལ་གནས་པའི་སེམས་དཔའ་བདེན་འཛིན་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་འབྲིང་གི་ཆུང་ངུ་སྤོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་
ཆོས་ཉིད་ལ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་པ་ན།
Using that as an illustration: When a bodhisattva abiding on the subsequent attainment of the sixth ground enters into equipoise directly realising dharmata in order to abandon the small of the middling innate apprehension of true existence:

• The first moment remains an exalted wisdom of the sixth ground because they are not able to generate the direct antidote to that object of abandonment; since there is no separate object of abandonment, it is not suitable to be an uninterrupted path.
  སྐད་ཅིག་དང་པོ་སྤང་བྱ་དེའི་དངོས་ཀྱི་གཉེན་པོར་བསྐྱེད་མི་ནུས་པས་ས་དྲུག་པ་རང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སུ་སོ་ན་གནས་ཤིང་།
  སྤང་བྱ་ཟུར་པ་མི་འདུག་པས་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དུ་མི་འོས།
• From the second moment, it is necessary to posit it as the uninterrupted path of the seventh ground.
  སྐད་ཅིག་གཉིས་པ་ནས་ས་བདུན་པའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དུ་བཞག་དགོས།

ས་རྣམས་འོག་མ་འོག་མ་ནས་གོང་མ་གོང་མར་འཕོ་བའི་ཚེ་མཉམ་གཞག་ནས་མཉམ་གཞག་ཏུ་འཕོ་བའི་ངེས་པ་ལས་སོ།
This is because when transferring from lower to higher grounds, one necessarily transfers from meditative equipoise to meditative equipoise.

དམན་ལམ་སྔོན་མ་སོང་གི་ས་བརྒྱད་པ་ཐོབ་མ་ཐག་པའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་གཅིག་པུ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བདེན་འཛིན་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་ཆུང་ངུ་སྐོར་གསུམ་ཀ་དངོས་སུ་སྤོང་ཞིང་།
དེ་ལས་དངོས་སུ་གྲོལ་བའི་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་དངོས་སུ་འདྲེན་པ་དང་དེའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཤེས་སྒྲིབ་སྤོང་བར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དེ་ཉིད་ས་འོག་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་ལས་སྤང་བྱ་སྤོང་བའི་ནུས་པ་ཆེ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
For an one who is not preceded by the Hinayana path, a single uninterrupted path upon just attaining the eighth ground directly abandons all three rounds of small innate apprehension of true existence, it directly induces the liberated path that is directly liberated from those, and then later the knowledge obscurations are abandoned because that uninterrupted path has a greater ability to abandon objects of abandonment that the uninterrupted paths of the lower grounds.

དཔེར་ན། སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཐེག་པ་རིམ་པ་བཞི་པའི་དོན་གྱི་འོད་གསལ་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་གཅིག་གིས་བདེན་འཛིན་ཀུན་བརྟགས་དང་ལྷན་སྐྱེས་གཉིས་ཀ་དངོས་སུ་སྤོང་བར་
གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་ནོ།
For example, it is similar to how it is stated that in the Mantra Vehicle, a single instant of the Fourth Stage Meaning Clear Light directly abandons both the acquired and innate apprehensions of true existence.

ཉན་ཐོས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་གྱི་རྟོགས་པ་སྔོན་དུ་སོང་བའི་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་ས་བདུན་པ་མན་ཆད་དུ་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དང་། རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་བཞག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་སྙམ་ན།
If: This would mean that for bodhisattvas who are preceded by the realisations of Hearer Foe-Destroyers, one cannot posit uninterrupted paths and liberated paths for the seventh ground and below.
I accept! འདོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།
