རང་གི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་གང་ཟག་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་རང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་འཛིན་པའི་བློ། གང་ཟག་གི་བདག་འཛིན་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: An awareness that observes the person that is its observed-object and apprehends it as being established by way of its own-characteristics.

Terminological divisions: དེ་ལ་སྒྲས་རྗོད་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་དབྱེ་ན།

1. Acquired ཀུན་བཏགས།
2. Innate ལྷན་སྐྱེས།
