Emptiness of own-nature

ཆོས་ནམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཆོས་ཉིད་དེ་ཆོས་ཅན། རང་བཞིེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་བསྙད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
རྒྱུ་མཚན་འདི་ལྟར་རང་བཞིན་དེ་ཉིད་ཉན་ཐོས་ལ་སོགས་པས་མ་བྱས་པར་དངོས་པོའེ་གཤིས་ལུགས་སུ་གནས་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ།
The subject - the nature of phenomena, i.e. their dharmata - it is explained as "nature" because that nature is not fabricated by Hearers and so forth but rather is the mode of existence of things.

རང་བཞིན་དེ་ཉིད་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མེད་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཅན། རང་བཞིེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྟོང་གཞི་རང་བཞིན་བདེན་པས་སྟོང་པའི་སྟོང་ཉིད་ཡིན་པའིེ་ཕྱིར།
The subject - the lack of inherent existence of such nature - it is the emptiness of own-nature because of being the emptiness of true existence of nature (as the basis of emptiness).
