དབང་ཤེས་དང་ཡིད་ཤེས་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་གཙོ་བོར་ཡིད་ཀྱི་ཤེས་པ་ལ་གཟུགས་སུ་སྣང་བའི་གཟུགས་སྣང་དེ། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་པའི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: An appearance of form that mainly appears to the mental consciousness (from among the two: sense and mental consciousnesses).

Divisions:

1. Inferred forms བསྡུས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་གཟུགས།
   e.g. The appearance of subtle particles to non-conceptual mental consciousness
   ཡིད་ཤེས་རྟོག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཤེས་པ་ལ་རྡུལ་ཕྲ་རབ་སྣང་བའི་སྣང་བ།
2. Spatial forms མངོན་པར་སྐབས་ཡོད་པའི་གཟུགས།
   e.g. The appearance of clear whitish intermediate appearance
   དེ་ལ་བར་གྱི་སྣང་བ་སྐྱ་སིང་ངེ་བ་སྣང་བའི་སྣང་བ།
3. Forms from proper undertakings ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་པ་ལས་གྱུར་པའི་གཟུགས།
   e.g. The forms of the individual liberation vows and non-vows
   སོ་སོ་ཐར་པའི་སྡོམ་པ་དང་། སྡོམ་མིན་གྱི་གཟུགས།
4. Thoroughly imputed forms ཀུན་བཏགས་པའི་གཟུགས།
   e.g. The clear appearance of bones despite the non-existence of bones in the meditative stabilisation cultivating ugliness མི་སྡུག་པ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་ཀེང་རུས་མེད་ཀྱང་ཀེང་རུས་སུ་གསལ་བར་སྣང་བའི་སྣང་བ།
5. Mastered forms དབང་འབྱོར་པའི་གཟུགས།
   e.g. The appearance of the earth totality in the meditative stabilisations of the totalities
   ཟད་པར་གྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་ཟད་པ་སར་སྣང་བའི་སྣང་བ།
