ཤེས་བྱ་ཆོས་ཅན། ཀུན་རྫོབ་འཁྲུལ་བའི་རྣམ་རྟོག་གི་རྒྱུའམ་གཞི་རྫས་སུ་གྲུབ་པར་ནི་གཞན་དབང་གི་ཤེས་པ་གང་ཞིག་འགྱུར་ཏེ་མི་འགྱུར་བར་ཐལ།
ཡུལ་དུས་གང་གི་ཚེ་སྟེ་གང་དུ་ཡང་གཞན་དབང་གི་ཤེས་པ་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅིག་ཀྱང་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - objects of knowledge - what other-powered consciousness would be the substantially established cause or basis of conceptualisations mistaking conventionalities? It follows it would not because at any time and place, an inherently established other-powered consciousness does not exist even in the slightest.

ཀུན་རྫོབ་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་རྣམ་གཞག་ཀུན་ཀྱང་བརླག་པ་སྟེ་མི་རུང་པར་ཐལ། གཞན་དབང་གི་རྫས་ཤས་ཙམ་ལ་བདེན་པར་ཆགས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་གནས་མ་ཡིན་པར་
རིགས་པ་བཅུག་ཏེ་ཕྱི་རོལ་བཀག་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - objects of knowledge - it follows that Cittamatrins, like others, have not only degenerated from the ultimate but have also lost all presentations depending upon the conventional, such as "Eat! Sit! Go!", that are renown in the world because they insist reasoning about what is not the point by way of adhering to the true existence of other-powered substances and refuting external objects.

ཁྱབ་པ་ཡོད་དེ། བཞིེ་བརྒྱ་པ་ལས། གཅིག་ཡོད་གཅིེག་མེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ། །དེ་ཉིད་མིན་ཞིང་འཇིག་རྟེན་མིན། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There is pervasion because the Four Hundred Verses says: Saying one exists and one does not is not suchness and not worldly [convention].
