Jangkya - the three conditions in Cittamatra

Divisions of observed object condition: དམིགས་རྐྱེན་ལ་དབྱེ་ན།

Appearing observed object condition སྣང་བའི་དམིགས་རྐྱེན།
Observed object condition of depositing potencies ནུས་པ་འཇོག་པའི་དམིགས་རྐྱེན།

སྔ་མ་ནི་སྔོ་འཛིན་དབང་ཤེས་ལ་དངོས་སུ་སྣང་བའི་སྔོན་པོ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་རྗེས་སུ་འགྲོ་ལྡོག་མི་འཁྲུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དམིགས་རྐྱེན་དུ་བཏགས་པ་ཡིན་གྱི།
དེའི་དམིགས་པ་ཡིན་ཡང་རྐྱེན་མིན་ནོ།
The first: The blue explicitly appearing to the eye-consciousness apprehending blue is designated as the observed object condition due to an unmistaken forward and reverse concomitance in observing it. Although it is observed, it is not a condition.

ཕྱི་མ་ནི་སྔོ་འཛིན་དབང་ཤེས་དེའི་དེ་མ་ཐག་རྐྱེན་གྱི་སྟེང་ན་ཡོད་པའི་སྔོན་པོའ་ིརྣམ་ལྡན་དུ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ལག་རྗེས་འཇོག་བྱེད་དོ།
The second: Existing on the basis of the immediately preceding condition of the eye consciousness apprehending blue, it is the depositor of the imprint that generates it as possessing the aspect of blue.

དེ་ལྟར་ན་དེ་མ་ཐག་རྐྱེན་དང་གཅིག་ཏུ་མི་འགྱུར་རམ་སྙམ་ན།
In the case, doesn't that become the same as the immediately preceding condition?

མྱོང་བའི་ཚེ་ལག་རྗེས་འཇོག་པ་དང་ཡུལ་གྱི་རྣམ་པའི་ཚེ་ལག་རྗེས་འཇོག་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཡོད་པས་དེ་གཉིས་ངོ་བོ་གཅིག་ལ་ལྡོག་པ་ཐ་དད་དོ།
Since there is a difference in terms of depositing an imprint at the time of experience and depositing an imprint at the time of the object's aspect, then they are one nature different isolates.

བདག་རྐྱེན་ནི་དབང་པོ་གཟུགས་ཅན་པའོ།
The empowering conditions are the physical sense powers.

The mental consciousness arises from:

Its immediately preceding condition: sense direct perception;
Its empowering condition: the factor of producing the ability to apprehend object on the basis of that; and
Its observed object condition: the second moment of similar type of the apprehended-object of its immediately preceding condition.
