Ninth ground (Gomde)

ས་དགུ་པ་ལ་གནས་པའི་བྱང་སེམས་དེ་ནི་ཆོས་ཅན། སྟོབས་ཀྱི་ཕར་ཕྱིན་ལྟ་ཞིག་མཐའ་དག་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་དག་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
སྟོབས་ཀྱི་ཕར་ཕྱིན་གྱི་མི་མཐུན་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་དྲི་མས་གཏན་ནས་མ་གོས་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་སྤྱོད་ནུས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - the bodhisattva abiding on the ninth ground - they have attained a complete and total purification of the perfection of strength because of being able to practice it without any contamination by the stains of the discordant class of the perfection of strength.

བྱང་སེམས་ས་དགུ་པ་བ་ཆོས་ཅན། ས་བརྒྱད་པ་ལས་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྷག་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
སྟོབས་ཀྱི་ཕར་ཕྱིན་དག་པར་ཐོབ་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པ་རིག་པ་བཞིའི་ཆོས་རང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པའང་ཐོབ་པ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - the ninth ground bodhisattva - they have greater qualities than the eighth grounder because similarly to having attained the pure perfection of strength, they have also attained the completely pure qualities of the four individual correct knowledges.

སྟོོབས་ཀྱིི་ཕར་ཕྱིིན་ལ་སྟོོབས་བཅུ་བཤད་པ་ནིི་ཐུབ་པ་དགོོངས་རྒྱན་ལས། ་་་ཞེེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར་རོོ།
(LTK:) The explanation of the perfection of strength in terms of ten strengths is in accordance with [Abhyakara's] Ornament for the Muni's Intention:

Thought: Due to lacking any afflicted behaviour བསམ་པའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་ཉོོན་མོོངས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱོོད་པ་མེེད་པའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Superior thought: Due to having completely trained in the exalted wisdom of the grounds
ལྷག་པའིི་བསམ་པའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་སའིི་ཡེེ་ཤེེས་ཡོོངས་སུ་སྦྱངས་བ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Retention: Due to not forgetting the dharma གཟུངས་ཀྱིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་ཆོོས་མིི་བརྗེེད་པ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Concentration: Due to never being distracted ཏིིང་ངེེ་འཛིན་གྱིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་རྟག་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་གཡེེངས་པ་མེེད་པ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Complete richness: Due to skill in the classifications of the limitless and endless utilities of the world-systems ཡང་དག་པར་འབྱོར་བའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་མཐའ་ཡས་ཤིིང་མུར་ཐུག་པ་མེེད་པའིི་འཇིག་རྟེེན་གྱིི་ཁམས་ཀྱིི་སྤྱོོད་པ་རྣམ་པར་དབྱེེ་བ་ལ་མཁས་པ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Power: Due to attaining the thorough completion of all one's expectations
དབང་གིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་ཡིིད་ལ་རེེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོོངས་སུ་རྫོོགས་པ་ཐོོབ་པའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Confidence: Due to skill in the classifications of the practices of all Buddhadharma
སྤོོབས་པའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིི་ཆོོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་པར་སྤྱོོད་པ་རྣམ་པར་དབྱེེ་བ་ལ་མཁས་པ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Prayer: Due to not giving up application in the deeds of all Buddhas
སྨོོན་ལམ་གྱིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིི་སྤྱོོད་པ་ལ་སྦྱོོར་བ་མིི་གཏོོང་བའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Perfections: Due to oneself completely ripening the Buddhadharma, completely ripening sentient beings, and not giving up the activities benefiting all sentient beings ཕ་རོོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིིན་པའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་བདག་ཉིིད་ཀྱིིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིི་ཆོོས་ཡོོངས་སུ་སྨིིན་པར་བྱེེད་པ་དང་། སེེམས་ཅན་ཡོོངས་སུ་སྨིིན་པར་བྱེེད་པ་དང་། སེེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པའིི་སྤྱོོད་པ་མིི་གཏོོང་བའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Great Love: Due to not giving up supreme application in protecting all sentient beings
བྱམས་པ་ཆེེན་པོོའི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་སེེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྐྱབ་པ་ལ་མཆོོག་ཏུ་སྦྱོོར་བ་མི་གཏོོང་བའིི་ཕྱིར་རོོ།
Great Compassion: Due to clearing away all suffering of all sentient beings
སྙིང་རྗེེ་ཆེན་པོོའི་སྟོོབས་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་སེེལ་བར་བྱེེད་པའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Dharmata: Due to actualising dharmata that is illusion-like and so forth
ཆོོས་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་སོོགས་པའིི་ཆོོས་ཉིིད་མངོོན་དུ་བྱེེད་པའིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ།
Being blessed by all Tathagatas: Due to approaching the exalted wisdom of the Exalted Knower of All Aspects དེེ་བཞིིན་གཤེེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིིས་བྱིིན་གྱིིས་རློོབ་པའིི་སྟོོབས་ནིི་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་པའིི་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེེན་པའིི་ཡེེ་ཤེེས་ལ་མངོོན་དུ་ཕྱོོགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཉིིད་ཀྱིི་ཕྱིིར་རོོ། ཞེེས་པ་མདོོ་སྡེེར་བསྟན་པའིི་སྟོོབས་རྣམས་སོོ།
