Strength knowing various dispositions

སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་དེ་ནི་ཆོས་ཅན། མོས་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཁྱེན་པའི་སྟོབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
འདོད་ཆགས་ཀྱིས་མཚོན་པའིེ་ཞེ་སྡང་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཉོན་མོངས་དང་། སོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྡུས་པ་དད་པ་སོགས་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་བ་སྟེ་ས་བོན་གྱི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་འདོད་པ་སྟེ་མོས་པ་ནི་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་འདྲ་བ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དམན་པ་དང་འབྲིང་དང་གང་ཡང་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པའི་འདོད་པ་དང་། མོས་པ་དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྔར་བཤད་པའི་མོས་པའིེ་ས་བོན་གཡོགས་པ་སྟེ་བསྒྲིབས་པའི་མོས་པ་ལའང་མཁྱེན་པ་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་འགྲོ་ཞིང་འཇུག་པས་མོས་པའིེ་རབ་དབྱེ་མ་ལུས་པ་ལ་ཁྱབ་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - that knowing exalted wisdom of the Buddha - it is referred to as the strength knowing the various dispositions because wishes (i.e. dispositions) are extremely varied and are produced through the force of their origins (i.e. seeds) that are afflictions (such as attachment, aversion, and so forth) as well as faith and so forth. These wishes and dispositions are inferior, middling, and surpassing. There are also dispositions obscuring the seeds of the previously explained dispositions due to engagement in the dharma. As such, it is an exalted wisdom pervading all the classifications of dispositions through knowing them in the three times.

མདོར་བསྡུ་ན། འདོད་ཆགས་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་མོས་པ་དང་།
འདོད་ཆགས་མེད་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་མོས་པའི་མོས་པ་ཀུན་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་མཁྱེན་ཅེས་པའི་དོན་ནོ།
In short, it accurately knows all dispositions of those abiding in the conduct of attachment and so forth and those abiding in the conduct of non-attachment.

མཆོག་དམན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེད་པའི་མོས་པ་དམན་པ་དང་། དད་སོགས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེད་པའི་མོས་པ་མཆོག་དང་།
དེ་གཉིས་གང་ཡང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་མོས་པ་ནི་འབྲིང་ཡིན་ནོ།
The difference in quality is that dispositions generated by the afflictions are inferior, dispositions generated by faith and so forth are supreme, and dispositions that are neither of those two are middling.
