Pass beyond upon birth

གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་གང་ཞིག །གཟུགས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཀུན་སྦྱོར་དང་མངོན་པར་འགྲུབ་པའི་ཀུན་སྦྱོར་གཉིས་ཀ་མ་སྤངས་པས་གཟུགས་ཁམས་སུ་
སྐྱེ་སྲིད་གཅིག་ཙམ་བླངས་ནས་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་ལ་མྱང་འདས་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་རིགས་ཅན། གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེས་འདའ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: Someone who is:

1. A Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm and
2. In the class of taking only one Form Realm birth-existence, due to not having abandoned both the entanglements of rebirth in the Form Realm and their accomplishing entanglements, and actualising Nirvāṇa on the Form Realm birth-existence support.

རིགས་ཅན་སྨོས་པ་ལ་དགོས་པ་ཡོད་དེ།
ཚངས་རིས་ཀྱི་རྟེན་ལ་མྱང་འདས་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་གོང་འཕོ་བ་དེ་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བ་ཡིན་པ་གཅད་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆེད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There is a purpose for saying “in the class”: it is in order to exclude Non-Returners proceeding to the Form Realm who transfer to the Upper Realms and actualise Nirvāṇa on a Brahma Class support from being those who pass beyond upon rebirth.

Divisions:

1. Who pass beyond just upon rebirth སྐྱེས་ཙམ་ནས་འདའ་བ།
2. Who pass beyond with application མངོན་པར་འདུ་བྱེད་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་འདའ་བ།
3. Who pass beyond without application མངོན་པར་འདུ་བྱེད་མེད་པར་འདའ་བ།

གཟུགས་ཁམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བ་གཉིས་བརྒྱུད་ལེན་པའི་གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བ་མེད་དེ། དེ་འདྲའི་གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་ཡིན་ན།
གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་གོང་འཕོ་བ་ཡིན་དགོས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There are no Non-Returners proceeding to the Form Realm who pass beyond upon rebirth that take two consecutive rebirths in the Form Realm because if it is such a Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm, it is necessarily a Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm who transfers to the Upper Realms.

སྐྱེ་འདའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་ལ་གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བས་མ་ཁྱབ་སྟེ། གཟུགས་མེད་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བ་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང་།
གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བ་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྲིད་དུ་སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་པའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་དེ། སྐྱེས་འདའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Non-Returners who pass beyond upon rebirth are not pervaded by being Non-Returners proceeding to the Form Realm who pass beyond upon rebirth because 1) Non-Returners proceeding to the Formless Realm who pass beyond upon rebirth exist and 2) the Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm who passes beyond upon rebirth that has just been born in the Form Realm intermediate-existence is a Non-Returner who passes beyond upon rebirth.

མ་གྲུབ་ན། དེ་ཆོས་ཅན། དེར་ཐལ། ཁྱོད་གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བའི་རྟོགས་པ་སྔོན་དུ་སོང་ཞིང་།
གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྲིད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་ལ་མྱང་འདས་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པར་ངེས་པའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
If reason not established: Taking that subject, that follows because they are preceded by the realisation of Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm who passes beyond upon rebirth and are a Non-Returner who is definite to actualise Nirvāṇa on a Form Realm birth-existence support.
