སྤང་བྱ་ཅིག་ཅར་པའི་དགྲ་བཅོམ་འབྲས་གནས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: Someone who:

1. Is an Abider in Foe-Destroyer and
2. Has simultaneously abandoned the nine small of the small afflictions of the Three Realms that are objects of abandonment of the path of meditation.
