Who pass beyond just upon rebirth

གཟུགས་སུ་ཉེར་འགྲོའི་ཕྱིར་མི་འོང་སྐྱེ་འདའ་བ་གང་ཞིག །གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྲིད་གྲུབ་ཙམ་ནས་མྱང་འདས་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པ། སྐྱེས་ཙམ་ནས་འདའ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: Someone who:

1. Is a Non-Returner proceeding to the Form Realm who passes beyond upon rebirth and
2. Actualises Nirvāṇa having just accomplished a Form Realm birth-existence.
