Qualities of a Mahayana application
རང་ཐོབ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐབས་སུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་བསྒོམས་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ཐོབ་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་དེ། ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A beneficial quality attained through the force of having cultivated a Mahayana application that is its method of attainment.
Divisions:
- Overcoming the forces of Maras བདུད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་བཅོམ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Attention and knowledge by the Buddhas སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་དགོངས་ཤིང་མཁྱེན་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Being directly perceived by the Buddhas སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཛད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Having become close to complete enlightenment རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་དང་ཉེ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Qualities such as great purpose, great result, great benefit, and great ripening
དོན་ཆེ་བ་འབྲས་བུ་ཆེ་བ་ཕན་ཡོན་ཆེ་བ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ཆེ་བ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན། - Using places ཡུལ་སྤྱད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Completing all uncontaminated qualities ཟག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫོགས་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Becoming a being who propounds སྨྲ་བའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Not being separated by the discordant class མི་མཐུན་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱིས་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Giving rise to uncommon roots of virtue དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པར་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Accomplishments in accordance with the promised goal དམ་བཅས་པའི་དོན་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Fully upholding the extensive result འབྲས་བུ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Accomplishing the welfare of sentient beings སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་དོན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
- Definitely attaining the Mother ཡུམ་ངེས་པར་འཐོབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན།
ས་མཚམས་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ལམ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སའི་བར་ན་ཡོད།
