Explanation of production-non-nature

ཆོས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་བ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་མེད་པ་ཉིད་གང་ཞེ་ན། ཆོས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གཞན་གྱི་དབང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་གང་ཡིན་པའོ།
What is the production-non-nature of phenomena?
It is phenomena’s other-powered natures.

དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟར་དེ་ནི་རྐྱེན་གཞན་གྱི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མ་ཡིན་པས་དེའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་ནི་སྐྱེ་བ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་མེད་པ་ཉིད་ཅེས་བྱའོ།
Why?
It is like this: They arise through the power of other conditions and not by themselves. Therefore, they are called “production-non-nature” (without production-nature).

གཟུགས་ཀྱི་གཞན་དབང་ཆོས་ཅན། ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བ་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་མེད་པ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡོད་དེ། ཁྱོད་རང་གི་རྒྱུ་རྐྱེན་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་གྱི།
ཁྱོད་དེ་ལ་ལྟོས་མེད་དུ་རང་དབང་དུ་མི་འབྱུང་བའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་གྱིས་དེ་ལྟར་བརྗོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject – the other-powered nature of form – there is a reason for referring to it as “production-non-nature” because it has arisen in dependence upon its causes and conditions and has not arisen through its own power, without relying upon those.

དེས་མཚོན་ནས་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་གྱི་བར་གྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་སྦྱོར་རོ།
With that as an illustration, apply that to all phenomena up to omniscience.
