འཕགས་པ་ཐོགས་མེད་ཀྱིས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རིགས་ཅན་རྗེས་སུ་གཟུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་འཁོར་ལོ་ཐ་མའི་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངས་ནས་
རྣམ་པར་རིག་པ་ཙམ་གྱི་ཤིང་རྟའི་སྲོལ་ཕྱེ་བ་ལྟར་ན། མདོ་འདི་ལས་འཁོར་ལོ་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲང་ངེས་འདི་ལྟར་ཕྱེ་བ་སྒྲ་ཇི་བཞིན་པ་ཡིན་ཡང་།
According to Asaṅga’s founding of the Vijñaptimātra by following the Final Wheel in order to take care of Mahāyāna lineage-bearers, the way in which this sutra differentiates the interpretative and definitive meaning of the Three Wheels is literal.

འཕགས་པ་ཐོགས་མེད་ཀྱིས་རྒྱུད་བླ་མའི་འགྲེལ་པར་བཀྲལ་བ་དང་།
སངས་རྒྱས་བསྐྱངས་དང་འཇིགས་བྲལ་ཟླ་བ་གྲགས་པས་མགོན་པོ་ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དགོངས་པ་བཀྲལ་བ་ལྟར་ན།
However, according to the explanation in Asaṅga’s Commentary on the Uttaratantra, as well as Buddhapālita’s and the Fearless Candrakīrti’s explanations of the Protector Nāgārjuna’s intention:

• The Sutra Unravelling the Thought is asserted as an interpretative meaning sutra that is not literal,
  དགོངས་འགྲེལ་སྒྲ་ཇི་བཞིན་པ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་དྲང་དོན་གྱི་མདོ་དང་།
• The Middle Wheel indicated in this context is asserted as a definitive meaning sutra, and
  འདིར་བསྟན་འཁོར་ལོ་བར་པ་ངེས་དོན་གྱི་མདོ་དང་།
• The First Wheel is asserted to have parts that are interpretative and parts that are definitive meaning.
  འཁོར་ལོ་དང་པོ་ལ་དྲང་ངེས་ཀྱི་ཆ་གཉིས་ཡོད་པར་བཞེད།

ཞི་འཚོ་ཡབ་སྲས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དགོངས་པ་བཀྲལ་བ་ལྟར་ན་དགོངས་འགྲེལ་སྒྲ་ཇི་བཞིན་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཞིང།
དེ་ཡུམ་རྒྱས་འབྲིང་བསྡུས་གསུམ་ངེས་དོན་གྱི་མདོར་གཞུང་བཙུགས་ནས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་དབུ་མ་པའི་བཀར་བཞེད་དོ།
According to the explanations of Śāntarakṣita Father and Son regarding Nāgārjuna’s intention, the Sutra Unravelling the Thought is not literal but is asserted as Mādhyamaka Words that establish the Extensive, Middling, and Brief Mothers as definitive meaning sutras.
