The Question to dispel contradictions in the sutras

བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དོན་དམ་ཡང་དག་འཕགས་ཀྱིས་མདོ་སྡེ་ལ་འགལ་སྤོང་གི་དྲི་བ་ཞུས་པའི་ཚུལ་ཡོད་དེ།
There is a way the Bodhisattva Paramārthasamudgata asked the question to dispel contradictions in the sutras:

བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་པོར་གཟུགས་ནས་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སོ་བདུན་གྱི་བར་གྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་གྲུབ་མཉམ་དུ་བཀའ་སྩལ།
འཁོར་ལོ་བར་པར་གཟུགས་ནས་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་གྱི་བར་གྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མ་གྲུབ་མཉམ་དུ་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ་གཉིས་སྒྲས་ཟིན་ལྟར་ན་འགལ་ནའང་།
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འགལ་བ་མེད་དགོས་པས། འཁོར་ལོ་བར་པར་དེ་ལྟར་གསུངས་པ་ཅི་ལ་དགོངས་ནས་གསུངས་ཞེས་དངོས་སུ་ཞུས་ནས།
He explicitly asked:
Bhagavān, in the First Wheel you categorically stated that all phenomena, from forms and up to the thirty-seven harmonies with enlightenment, are established by way of their own-character.
In the Middle Wheel you categorically stated that all phenomena, from forms and up to omniscience, are not established by way of their own-character.
Were these two statements taken literally, they would be contradictory. However, since the Bhagavān is without contradiction, what was your intention when explaining as such in the Middle Wheel?
