རང་གི་ཉེར་ལེན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་རང་དང་མཉམ་གཞག་ཐུན་གཅིག་ལ་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་སྒོམ་ལམ་བར་མེད་ལམ་གྱི་ངོ་སྐལ་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ལས་
གྲོལ་བའི་བདག་མེད་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་ལ་མངོན་རྟོགས། ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་སྒོམ་ལམ་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A Hearer's subsequent clear realisation that is:

In single-pointed equipoise on the selflessness of persons; and
Liberated from the obscurations of its respective uninterrupted path of the Hearer's path of meditation that arises in the same session of meditative equipoise and is its substantial cause.
