Path of accumulation

ཆོས་མངོན་པར་རྟོགས་པ། ཚོགས་ལམ་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: Clear realisation of dharma.

Divisions:

Hearers', Solitary Realisers', Mahayana ཉན་རང་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ལམ་གསུམ།
Small, middling, and great ཆུང་འབྲིང་ཆེན་པོ་གསུམ།
Each have three subdivision:
1. Direct perceivers: e.g. the first five clairvoyances in the continuum of a Hearer on the path of accumulation ཉན་ཐོས་ཚོགས་ལམ་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་མངོན་ཤེས་དང་པོ་ལྔ་ལྟ་བུ།
2. Inferential cognisers: e.g. an awareness in their continuum newly realising selflessness of persons in dependence upon a sign དེའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་གང་ཟག་གི་བདག་མེད་གསར་དུ་རྟོགས་པའི་བློ་ལྟ་བུ།
3. Subsequent cognisers: e.g. an ascertaining consciousness in their continuum ascertaining the selflessness of persons དེའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་གང་ཟག་གི་བདག་མེད་ངེས་པའི་ངེས་ཤེས་ལྟ་བུ།
  Apply these to Solitary Realisers and Bodhisattva, substituting non-duality (གཉིས་སྟོང་།) and emptiness (སྟོང་ཉིད།) for selflessness.
