- 112 afflictive obscurations that are objects of abandonment of the path of seeing are abandoned
མཐོང་སྤང་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་བརྒྱ་དང་བཅུ་གཉིས་སྤོང་།- 40 included in the level of the Desire Realm
དེར་གྱུར་པའི་འདོད་པའི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་སྤང་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་བཞི་བཅུ།- 10 in relation to suffering སྡུག་བསྔལ་མཐོང་སྤང་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་བཅུ།
- 10 in relation to origins ཀུན་འབྱུང་མཐོང་སྤང་ཉོན་མོངས་བཅུ།
- 10 in relation to cessation འགོག་པའི་དེ་བཅུ།
- 10 in relation to paths ལམ་གྱི་དེ་བཅུ་དང་བཞི་བཅུ།
These are the ten afflictions.
- 72 included in the level of the Upper Realms
དེར་གྱུར་པའི་གོང་མའི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་སྤང་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་བདུན་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས།- 36 included in the Form Realm གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག
- 36 included in the Formless Realm གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་དྲུག
These are 9 (10 afflictions minus anger) x 4 (NT).

- Afflictive obscurations: 16 which are the objects of abandonment of the uninterrupted path of the path of meditation of the first ground: ས་དང་པོའི་སྒོམ་ལམ་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་གྱི་ངོ་སྐལ་གྱི་སྤང་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་སྒོམ་སྤང་ཉོན་མོངས།
- 6 included in the level of the Desire Realm འདོད་པའི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་ཉོན་མོངས་དྲུག
These are: attachment, anger, pride, ignorance, vtc, view holding to extremes. - 10 included in the levels of the Form and Formless Realms གོང་མའི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་བཅུ།
- 5 included in the level of the Form Realm གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སས་བསྡུས་ལྔ།
- 5 included in the level of the Formless Realm གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་སས་བསྡུས་ཀྱི་ལྔ།
These are: attachment, pride, ignorance, vtc, view holding to extremes.
