གང་ཟག་གི་བདག་མེད་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་ལ་མངོན་རྟོགས་གང་ཞིག
རང་གི་ངོ་སྐལ་གྱི་སྤང་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་སྒོམ་སྤང་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཉེན་བྱེད་པ་དེ། ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་སྒོམ་ལམ་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That which:

Is a Hearer's subsequent clear realisation that is in single-pointed meditative equipoise on the selflessness of persons; and
Acts as the direct antidote for the afflictive obscurations that are objects of abandonment of the path of meditation and that are its corresponding objects of abandonment.
