གང་ཟག་གི་བདག་མེད་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་བདེན་པ་མངོན་རྟོགས་གང་ཞིག རང་གི་ངོ་སྐལ་གྱི་སྤང་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་ཉོན་སྒྲིབ་ཀུན་བཏགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གཉེན་བྱེད་པ། ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་ལམ་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That which:

Is a Hearer's clear realisation of truth that is in single-pointed meditative equipoise on the selflessness of persons; and
Acts as the direct antidote for the acquired afflictive obscurations that are its corresponding objects of abandonment.

Divisions: the eight forbearances ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་ལམ་བཟོད་པ་བརྒྱད།
