ཆོས་འཁོར་མ་ལུས་པར་སྐོར་བ་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་བ་ཐོབ་པས་རབ་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བའི་མཐར་ཐུག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས། རྣམ་མཁྱེན་གྱི་ཤེས་རྣམ་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་རང་བྱུང་གི་རྣམ་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A final exalted wisdom distinguished by having attained mastery wrt turning all Dharma Wheels without exception.
