Attaining the result
ལམ་ལ་བསླབས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་མཐར་ཐུག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཡིན་ལ། དེ་དངོས་སུ་ཐོབ་པའི་རྟེན་ནི་བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པ་ཡིན་གྱི།
དེས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་མཐར་ཐུག་པ་དེ་གནས་འོག་མིན་དུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
The final result of having trained in the path is the Buddha's Body, the support for directly attaining that is the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum, and they actualise the final Form Body of the Buddha in Akanishta.
འཇུག་པར།
འོག་མིན་དུ་ནི་གང་གི་དོན་དུ་འབད་གྱུར་གོ་འཕང་མཆོག་ཞི་བ། །ཡོན་ཏན་མཐའ་དག་མཐར་ཐུག་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པ་དེ་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བརྙེས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
This is because Madhyamakavatara says:
In Akanishta, for whose welfare, through effort he attained
The supreme state, pacification, all final unequalled qualities.
བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པ་གང་དུ་སངས་རྒྱ་བའི་ལོངས་སྐུའི་རྩ་བའི་གནས་འོག་མིན་ནི། གཟུགས་ཁམས་གནས་རིགས་བཅུ་བདུན་ལས་གཞན་པའི་
གཟུགས་ཁམས་ཀྱི་གནས་བཻཌཱུརྱའི་ས་གཞི་ལ་གསེར་གྱིས་མིག་མང་རིས་སུ་བྲིས་པ་སྣོད་བཅུད་ཀྱི་འབྱོར་བ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་
བྱང་སེམས་འཕགས་པ་ཡན་ཆད་ཁོ་ན་བཞུགས་པའི་གནས་གཅིག་ལ་བྱེད་པར་ཕལ་ཆེན་ལས་གསུངས་ལ་རང་ལུགས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་ཁས་ལེན།
Akanishta that is the root abode for the Enjoyment Body where the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum attains enlightenment:
A Form Realm abode other than the seventeen classes of Form Realm abodes, where the ground is Beidurya chequered with gold, filled with excellent wealth and inhabited exclusively by Arya Bodhisattvas. This is explained in the Avatamsaka sutra and also asserted in our own system.
བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པས་ཆོས་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་པའི་དུས་ཡོད་དེ། ས་བཅུའི་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཐ་མའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དེའི་སྐད་ཅིག་གཉིས་པ་ལ་དེས་དྲངས་པའི་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ལམ་སྐྱེས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཤེས་བྱ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་ལ་གཉིས་སྣང་ནུབ་ནས་ཆུ་ལ་ཆུ་བཞག་པ་ལྟར་དུ་སོང་བའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དེས་ཤེས་བྱ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལག་མཐིལ་དུ་སྐྱུ་རུ་ར་
རློན་པ་བཞག་པ་ལྟར་གསལ་སིང་ངེ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྟོགས་པ་དེའི་ཚེ།
There exists a time when the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum actualises the Dharmakaya: In the next moment to the uninterrupted path of the final continuum of the tenth ground, a liberated path arises; at that time, when that uninterrupted path for which dualistic appearances have subsided wrt the modes of objects of knowledge (like pouring water into water) directly and clearly realises all the varieties of objects of knowledge (like a kurura fruit in one's hand), that Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum:
- Has completely abandoned the knowledge obscurations བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པས་ཤེས་སྒྲིབ་ཟད་པར་སྤངས་པ།
- Has actualised the perfect end ཡང་དག་མཐའ་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་པ།
- Has actualised the Dharmakaya ཆོས་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་པ།
- Is called one who has perfectly and completely enlightened to unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment. བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ།
ས་བཅུ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཐ་མའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་དེས་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་ལ་ཆུ་ལ་ཆུ་བཞག་པ་ལྟར་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པའི་མཉམ་གཞག་དེའི་གཟིགས་ངོར་
ཤེས་བྱ་ཇི་སྙེད་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཀྱང་མི་འཆར་ཏེ། རྒྱུན་མཐའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་པ་དེས་བདེན་གཉིས་ངོ་བོ་ཐ་དད་དུ་འཛིན་པའི་དྲི་མ་ཟད་པར་མ་སྤངས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
This is because from the perspective of the meditative equipoise of that uninterrupted path of the final continuum of the tenth ground, which is in equipoised on the suchness of all phenomena like water poured into water, the aspects of the varieties of objects of knowledge do not appear even in the slightest; because the Bodhisattva of the end of the continuum has not completely abandoned the stains of apprehending the two truths as different entities.
འོན་ཀྱང་དེའི་ཚེ་རྒྱུན་མཐའི་བར་ཆད་མེད་ལམ་པ་དེས། ཟག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྡེ་ཚན་ཉེར་གཅིག་པོའི་མངོན་པར་རྟོགས་པ་མཐའ་དག་གི་རིགས་ཏེ་དངོས་ཀྱི་ཉེར་ལེན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་མཁྱེན་པའི་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་དང་། ཇི་སྙེད་པ་མཁྱེན་པའི་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་གཉིས་ཀའི་དངོས་ཀྱི་ཉེར་ལེན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོབ་པའི་ཕྱིར།
However, at that time, the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum attains the exalted wisdom that is the class of all clear realisations of the twenty-one sets of uncontaminated exalted wisdom (i.e. their direct substantial cause); because they have attained the exalted wisdom that is the direct substantial cause for both:
- the exalted knower of all aspects knowing the modes and
- the exalted knower of all aspects knowing the varieties.
ས་བཅུ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཐ་མ་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཚེ། རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པས་མཚན་དཔེས་སྤྲས་པའི་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་ལ། རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལ་ཤེས་སྒྲིབ་སྤངས་པའི་ལམ་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཚེ། མཚན་དཔེས་སྤྲས་པའི་བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དེའི་རིགས་འདྲ་ཕྱི་མ་ངེས་པ་ལྔ་ལྡན་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུར་གྱུར་ལ།
When abiding on the final continuum of the tenth ground, the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum attains a Bodhisattva Body adorned with marks and signs; when the path that has abandoned the knowledge obscurations arises in their continuum, that Bodhisattva Body adorned with marks and signs transforms into its later similar class: the Complete Enjoyment Body possessing the five certainties.
དེའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་དེ་ཡང་དེ་དང་དུས་མཉམ་དུ་མཚན་ཉིད་ལྔ་ལྡན་དང་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་ལྡན་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད་སྐུར་གྱུར་ཅིང་། རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པའི་སྤྲུལ་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་
ཁམས་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པར་ཡོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་དང་དུས་མཉམ་དུ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུར་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པས་སྐུ་གསུམ་ཅིག་ཅར་དུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
At the same time, the dharmadhatu of their continuum transforms into the Nature Body possessing the five characteristics and five qualities, and their emanations existing in inestimable world-systems also transform into the Emanation Body; this is because the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum actualises the Three Bodies simultaneously.
རྒྱུན་མཐའ་བ་དེ་དང་རྒྱུད་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པའི་ལོངས་སྐུས་བདག་རྐྱེན་བྱས་ནས་མཛད་པ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་གདུལ་བྱ་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པའི་མཆོག་གི་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚོགས་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མེད་དེ། དེའི་ཚེ་མཆོག་གི་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་དེ་ལོངས་སྐུ་དང་དངོས་རྒྱུ་ཚོགས་པ་གཅིག་ལ་རག་ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲེལ་བ་མ་གྲུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The Enjoyment Body that is of the same continuum as that Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum having acted as the empowering condition for the Supreme Emanation Body that takes care of disciples by way of the Twelve Deeds, is not of the same collection at that time because at that time the relation of dependence upon a single collection of direct causes between the Supreme Emanation Body and the Complete Enjoyment Body is not established.
དེ་ལྟར་མ་གྲུབ་ཀྱང་། དེའི་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་འགའ་ཞིག་དེ་དང་དུས་མཉམ་དུ་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་པ་འོག་མིན་དུ་ལོངས་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱས་པ་དང་དུས་མཉམ་དུ།
དེའི་སྤྲུལ་པ་འདོད་ཁམས་ན་བཞུགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་འདོད་ཁམས་སུ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Although that is not established, they do attain some Emanation Bodies together with that because simultaneously with the Bodhisattva at the end of the continuum actualising the Enjoyment Body in Akanishta, their emanations abiding in the Desire Realm also actualise the Emanation Body in the Desire realm.
