Causal and Resultant Refuge

གང་ཟག་གཞན་རྒྱུད་ལ་གྲུབ་ཟིན་གྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་བའི་རྒྱུའི་སྐྱབས་ཡིན།
The causal refuge of a Bodhisattva at the end of a sentient being’s continuum is: The three jewels already accomplished in the continuum of another person.

བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་བའི་ཐོབ་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། བྱང་སེམས་རྒྱུན་མཐའ་བའི་འབྲས་སྐྱབས་ཡིན།
The resultant refuge of a Bodhisattva at the end of a sentient being’s continuum is: The three jewels that are the objects of attainment of a Bodhisattva at the end of a sentient being’s continuum.
