Coming down alternating with cessation

སྤེལ་གཞི་བསམ་གཟུགས་བརྒྱད་ལ་འགོག་པ་སྤེལ་ནས་ལུགས་མི་མཐུན་དུ་སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་རྗེས་ལ་མངོན་རྟོགས།
འགོག་པ་སྤེལ་ཆོས་སུ་བྱས་པའི་མར་འོང་ཐོད་རྒལ་གྱི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A Mahayana subsequent clear realisation entering absorption in the reverse order through alternating the eight concentrations and formless absorptions with cessation.

དེའི་གནས་ལ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ཡོད་དེ། སྤེལ་གཞི་བསམ་གཟུགས་བརྒྱད་དང་སྤེལ་ཆོས་འགོག་པ་བརྒྱད་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
This has sixteen abodes:

• Eight concentrations and formless absorptions
• Eight cessations

That is: Peak cess Nothingness cess etc.
