སྤེལ་གཞི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་དགུ་དང་བསམ་གཟུགས་བརྒྱད་པོ་གང་རུང་ལ་སྤེལ་ཆོས་འདོད་སེམས་དང་འགོག་པ་གང་རུང་སྤེལ་ནས་ལུགས་མི་མཐུན་དུ་
སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་རྗེས་ལ་མངོན་རྟོགས། མར་འོང་ཐོད་རྒལ་གྱི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A Mahayana subsequent clear realisation entering absorption in the reverse order through alternating:

• either the nine serial absorptions or eight concentrations with
• either a desire realm mind or cessation.

Divisions:

1. Coming down alternating with a desire realm mind འདོད་སེམས་སྤེལ་ཆོས་སུ་བྱས་པའི་དེ།
2. Coming down alternating with cessation འགོག་པ་སྤེལ་ཆོས་སུ་བྱས་པའི་དེ།
