Conceptions of apprehendeds to be discarded (Seeing)

རང་གི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་བྱང་སེམས་ལམ་གྱི་ལྡོག་བྱ་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་ལོངས་སྤྱད་བྱར་བདེན་པར་ཞེན་པའི་བདེན་འཛིན་ཀུན་བརྟགས།
མཐོང་སྤང་ཤེས་སྒྲིབ་ལྡོག་པ་གཟུང་རྟོག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: An acquired true-grasping that observes the objects to be discarded on the Bodhisattva path (that are its objects of observation) and apprehends those as truly existent objects of utilisation.

Divisions by way of object: (9) ཡུལ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་དབྱེ་ན།

1. Inferior realisations of Hearer and Solitary Realiser paths and results ཉན་རང་གི་ལམ་འབྲས་རྟོགས་པ་དམན་པ།
2. Inferior Tutor (the empowering condition) བདག་རྐྱེན་ཡོངས་འཛིན་དམན་པ། (see: Tutor)
3. Inferior method for accomplishing the two welfares དོན་གཉིས་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས་དམན་པ།
   1. Inferior method for accomplishing others' welfare: Incomplete aspects of the path accomplishing enlightenment གཞན་དོན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས་དམན་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་རྣམ་པའི་ཆ་མ་ཚང་བ།
   2. Inferior method for accomplishing own welfare: Proceeding through the condition of others even in one's final existence རང་དོན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས་དམན་པ་སྲིད་པ་ཐ་མའི་ཚེ་ཡང་གཞན་གྱི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་འགྲོ་བ།
   3. Inferior method for accomplishing the welfare of both: Wrong objective (not the three greatnesses)
      གཉིས་ཀའི་དོན་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས་དམན་པ་ཆེད་དུ་བྱ་བ་ལོག་པ།
4. Degeneration from special abandonments and realisations སྤངས་རྟོགས་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ལས་ཉམས་པ།
   1. Inferior abandonments: Partial abandonment of the objects of abandonment of the path
      སྤངས་པ་དམན་པ་ལམ་གྱི་སྤང་བྱ་སྤོང་བའི་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ་ཉི་ཚེ་བ།
   2. Inferior realisations: Various/Different realisations from Stream-Enterer and up to Foe-Destroyer
      རྟོགས་པ་དམན་པ་རྒྱུན་ཞུགས་ནས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པའི་བར་རྟོགས་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའམ་ཐ་དད་པ།
5. Degeneration from the attainment of special paths and results ལམ་འབྲས་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཐོབ་པ་ལས་ཉམས་པ།
   1. Degeneration from attainment of the special path: Obscured unknowing wrt initially entering/proceeding and having entered continuously abiding in [the path to] omniscience
      ལམ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཐོབ་པ་ལས་ཉམས་པ་རྣམ་མཁྱེན་དུ་ཞུགས་ནས་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས་པ་དང་དང་པོར་འཇུག་པའམ་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་རྨོངས་པས་མི་ཤེས་པ།
   2. Degeneration from attainment of the special result: Proceeding subsequently
      འབྲས་བུ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་འཐོབ་པ་ལས་ཉམས་པ་རྗེས་ལ་འགྲོ་བ།

Regarding the phrase "proceeding to the end" wrt the last one (མཇུག་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ། in Gyaltsab):

1. End of what (གང་གི་མཇུག་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ།): Proceeding to the end of the attainments of all Mahayana Nirvana
   ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་མྱང་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པའི་མཇུག་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ།
2. Who (གང་མཇུག་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ།): Mahayana persons proceed ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་གང་ཟག་རྣམས་འགྲོ་བ།
3. To what end (གང་དུ་འགྲོ་བ།): Proceeding to omniscience རྣམ་མཁྱེན་དུ་འགྲོ་བ།
4. Reason (དེའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན།): Among the three vehicles, only the Mahayana cumulatively gathers all classes of the qualities of abandonment and realisation of the three vehicles
   ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་ནང་ནས་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁོ་ན་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྤངས་རྟོགས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་རིགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡར་ལྡན་དུ་སྡུད་པར་བྱེད་པ།

འདིའི་མདོར་རྟོག་པ་གཉིས་པ་དང་དྲུག་པའི་སྐབས་མ་གཏོགས་པར་གཉེན་པོ་འབའ་ཞིག་སྒྲས་ཟིན་ལ་བསྟན་པའི་ཤུགས་ལ་འཕངས་པའི་རྟོག་པའི་ཡུལ་དགུ་
བསྟན་བཅོས་སུ་གསུངས་སོ།
As a summary of these, apart from for the second and sixth, the Treatise's words indicate only antidotes, which implicitly indicate the nine objects of the conceptions.

རྟོག་པ་དེ་དག་གིས་ཡུལ་ལ་རྟོག་ཚུལ་ཡང་ཡོད་དེ། དྲང་པོའི་ལམ་མེད་པར་ཡོན་པོས་འགྲོ་བའམ་གཞན་དོན་མི་སྒྲུབ་ཅིང་མཚན་མར་དམིགས་པའི་ཉེས་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཉིད་
ཀྱིས་ཏེ། དེར་མཐོང་ནས་འདི་ནི་བདག་གིས་གཟུང་བར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ལྡོག་པར་བྱ་བ་ཉིད་དུ་འཇུག་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་རྟོག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Mode of conceiving their objects: Due to possessing the faults of proceeding on a crooked path lacking a straight path, i.e. not accomplishing others' welfare and observing signs, perceiving as such and conceiving "Since these are to be apprehended, I will engage in discarding those!"

མཐོང་སྤང་ཡིན་ཏེ། བྱང་སེམས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་ལམ་གྱི་སེམས་དང་སེམས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་འཇུག་པ་སྟེ་རྟོག་པ་རྒྱས་པའི་དངོས་པོའི་གནས་སྐབས་ཀྱི་སྤང་བར་བྱ་བར་
སངས་རྒྱས་བཞེད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
They are objects of abandonment of the path of seeing because the Buddha asserted those as the objects of abandonment on the occasion of the things of extensive conceptualisations: engagement of minds and mental factors of the Bodhisattva's path of seeing.
