Conceptions of apprehenders of imputed existents (Meditation)

- Conception obscured wrt the method for eliminating the obscurations to generating an exalted knower of all aspects རྣམ་མཁྱེན་སྐྱེད་པའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སེལ་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ།

ལམ་ཤེས་སྐྱེད་པའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སེལ་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt the method of eliminating the obscurations to generating a knower of all
ཐམས་ཅད་ཤེས་པ་ཉིད་སྐྱེད་པའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སེལ་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt entity of the path that pacifies all obscurations
སྒྲིབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་བྱེད་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt objects of knowledge (forms etc.) possessing and not possessing suchness and so forth གཟུགས་སོགས་ཤེས་བྱ་དང་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་སོགས་དང་ལྡན་པ་དང་མི་ལྡན་པ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ།
- Conception obscured wrt the meaning of the mode of abiding of the four truths (suffering etc.)
སྡུག་བསྔལ་སོགས་བདེན་བཞིའི་གནས་ལུགས་ཀྱི་དོན་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt being non-equal and non-common with other paths
ལམ་གཞན་དང་མི་མཉམ་ཞིང་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt the nature of the thoroughly afflicted (objects of abandonment)
སྤང་བྱ་ཀུན་ནས་ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ལ་རྨོངས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ། - Conception obscured wrt apprehenders and apprehendeds being empty of being different substances
གཟུང་འཛིན་རྫས་གཞན་གྱིས་སྟོང་པ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པ་ལ་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པ།
In terms of, respectively:
- Three wrt the obscurations of the bodhisattva path བྱང་སེམས་ལམ་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གསུམ།
- One wrt entity ངོ་བོའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གཅིག
- Two wrt objects of observation དམིགས་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གཉིས།
- One wrt difference ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གཅིག
- One wrt objects of abandonment སྤང་བྱའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གཅིག
- One wrt aspects of the path ལམ་གྱི་རྣམ་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་གཅིག
རྟོག་པ་དགུ་ཚན་བཞི་པོ་དེ་དག་མདོ་ལས་གཉེན་པོ་དངོས་སུ་བསྟན་ནས་ཤུགས་ལ་འཕངས་པ་བསྟན་བཅོས་སུ་གསུངས་པའོ།
These four groups of nine conceptions are explicitly indicated by way of their antidote in sutra and that which is implicit is indicated in the Treatise.
ཞི་བ་བགྲོད་པ་གཅིག་པུ་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ལམ་པ་ཆོས་ཅན། རྣམ་མཁྱེན་ཐོབ་པའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྤོང་བ་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྨོངས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
བདེན་གཉིས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་མི་ཤེས་པའི་ཉན་ཐོས་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - Hearers proceeding only to pacification on the path of accumulation - they are obscured wrt abandoning the obscurations to attaining the exalted knower of all aspects because they are Hearers who do not know the two truths as they are.
