Dispelling faults wrt appearance, pervasiveness, and permanence

སངས་རྒྱས་འཕགས་པ་འདི་དུས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཉེ་རིང་དང་བྲལ་བའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངང་ལ་བཞུགས་ཀྱང་།
དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་དེ་གདུལ་བྱ་འགའ་ཞིག་ལ་དངོས་སུ་སྣང་བ་དང་། གཞན་དག་ལ་དངོས་སུ་མི་སྣང་བ་མི་འཐད་པར་ཐལ་བའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་དེ།
སྐུ་དངོས་སུ་སྣང་མི་སྣང་གདུལ་བྱ་རང་ངོས་ནས་སྐལ་པ་དང་ལྡན་མི་ལྡན་ཡིན་གྱི། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཉེ་རིང་གི་དབང་གིས་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཏེ།
དཔེར་ན། ལྷའི་རྒྱལ་པོས་ཆར་ཕབ་ཀྱང་ས་བོན་མ་རུལ་བ་ལ་མྱུ་གུ་འབྱུང་གི །ས་བོན་རུལ་བ་ལ་མྱུ་གུ་མི་འབྱུང་བ་བཞིན་ནོ།

Although Arya Buddhas always abiding in the nature of great compassion free from bias, there is no fault in that the Tathagatas' Body directly appears to some disciples but does not directly appear to others because the Body directly appearing or not is from the perspective of the disciple possessing fortune or not, and not due to a bias in the Buddhas' compassion.
For example, although the king of the gods may make rain fall, unspoiled seeds will give rise to sprouts whereas spoiled seeds will not give rise to sprouts.

ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆོས་སྐུ་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཁོ་ནའི་རྒྱུད་ལ་ཡོད་ཀྱང་། དེ་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་དང་། ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡོད་དེ།
དེའི་འཕྲིན་ལས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཁྱབ་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་གྱིས་དེ་ལྟར་བརྗོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།

Although the Exalted Wisdom Dharmakaya only exists in the continua of Buddhas, there is a reason for referring to it as "pervasive": due to their enlightened activities pervading all sentient beings.

དེ་སྐད་ཅིག་རེ་རེ་ལ་སྐྱེ་འཇིག་བྱེད་ཀྱང་། དེ་ལ་རྟག་གནས་དང་ཞེས་བཤད་པ་མི་འཐད་པར་ཐལ་བའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་དེ།
དེ་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོང་གི་བར་དུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་གྱིས་དེ་ལྟར་བརྗོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།

Although it arises and disintegrates momentarily, there is no fault in explaining it as "permanently abiding" because that is due to it being uninterrupted until samsara ends.
