བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་བྱས་པའི་སེམས་དཔའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར། ཉན་རང་གི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལས་ཁྱད་དུ་འཕགས་པའི་སྦྱོར་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Characteristics of an application superior to Hearer and Solitary Realiser applications: A Bodhisattva yoga distinguished through the features of inconceivability and so forth.

ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བའི་ཁྱད་མཚན་དེ་ལ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ཏུ་ཡོད་དེ།
དེ་ལ་བདེན་བཞིའི་ཡུལ་ཅན་གྱི་ཤེས་བཟོད་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་བཅུ་དྲུག་ཏུ་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There are sixteen distinguishing characteristics of Mahayana applications: the sixteen distinguishing-characteristics of the sixteen instants of forbearance and knowledge that are object-possessors of the four truths.

These sixteen distinguishing-characteristics characterise the sixteen applications of the path perfection of wisdom as being superior to Hearer and Solitary Realiser applications.

The four distinguishing features that 1) act as the cause for the Buddhas' four exalted wisdoms (སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཞིའི་རྒྱུ་བྱེད་ཅིང༌།) and 2) realise the four natures of true sufferings: (སྡུག་བདེན་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་བཞི་རྟོགས་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་བཞི།)

Inconceivable due to passing beyond the philosophers' objects of utilisation
རྟོག་གེ་བའི་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་ལས་འདས་པས་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ།
Unequalled due to lacking a suitable analogy དཔེ་ཟླར་རུང་བའི་མཚུངས་པ་མེད་པས་མི་མཉམ་པ།
Completely passing beyond comprehension by valid cognition as just that
དེ་ཁོ་ནར་ཚད་མས་གཞལ་བ་ལས་ཡང་དག་པར་འདས་པ།
Completely passing beyond enumeration through expressing in terms and so forth
སྒྲར་བརྗོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་གྲངས་ཀྱིས་བགྲངས་པ་ལས་ཡང་དག་པར་འདས་པ།

The four distinguishing features of the four instants of dharma forbearance and so forth that are object-possessors of true origins: ཀུན་འབྱུང་བདེན་པའི་ཡུལ་ཅན་ཆོས་བཟོད་སོགས་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་བཞིའི་ཁྱད་པར།

Gathering all qualities of realisation and abandonment of all Arya persons while not conceived by the Mother, just as a minister engages in the King's activities while they abide in equanimity རྒྱལ་པོ་བཏང་སྙོམས་སུ་གནས་ནས་བློན་པོས་དེའི་བྱ་བ་བྱེད་པ་ལྟར་ཡུམ་གྱིས་མི་རྟོག་བཞིན་དུ་འཕགས་པའི་གང་ཟག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྤངས་རྟོགས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡུད་པ།
Knowing the meaning to be known by wise beings exactly as they are
སྐྱེས་བུ་མཁས་པས་རིག་པར་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཇི་བཞིན་དུ་ཤེས་པ།
Thoroughly knowing the vast and profound things that are not the objects of utilisation of Hearers and Solitary Realisers, the unique features
ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཉན་རང་གི་སྤྱོད་ཡུལ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཟབ་པ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the distinguishing features of non-erroneous speed མ་ནོར་བ་མྱུར་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།

The four distinguishing features of the dharma forbearance and so forth that are object-possessors of true cessations: འགོག་བདེན་གྱི་ཡུལ་ཅན་གྱི་ཆོས་བཟོད་སོགས་བཞིའི་ཁྱད་པར།

Exalted knower free from superimpositions and deprecations wrt all phenomena being non-decrease in terms of their conventional truth and all phenomena being non-increase in terms of their ultimate truth
ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཀྱི་བདེན་པའི་ངོ་བོར་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་བྲི་བ་མེད་པ་དང༌། དོན་དམ་པའི་བདེན་པའི་ངོ་བོར་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བ་མེད་པར་སྒྲོ་སྐུར་དང་བྲལ་བར་མཁྱེན་པ།
Knowing the feature of constant thorough practice through belief and mental engagement wrt generosity and so forth that are pure of the stains of the three spheres (observing as a giver and so forth)
སྦྱིན་པ་པོ་སོགས་སུ་ལྟ་བའི་འཁོར་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲི་མ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་སྦྱིན་སོགས་ལ་མོས་པ་དང་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པས། རྟག་ཏུ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the feature of non-erroneous accomplishment of merit and wisdom that are attained through having practiced by means of applications with complete purity of the three spheres over many eons
ཡང་དག་པར་འཁོར་གསུམ་རྣམ་དག་གི་སྦྱོར་བས་བསྐལ་པ་དུ་མར་བསྒྲུབས་ནས་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྔར་ཕྱིན་ཅི་མ་ལོག་པར་འགྲུབ་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the feature of observation that apprehends the perfection of wisdom as not to be discarded through observing all the phenomena of generosity and so forth without the conceptualisation of adherence ཞེན་པས་རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་པར་སྦྱིན་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་ཤེར་ཕྱིན་མི་འདོར་བར་འཛིན་པའི་དམིགས་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།

The four distinguishing features of the dharma forbearance and so forth that are object-possessors of true paths: ལམ་བདེན་གྱི་ཡུལ་ཅན་གྱི་ཆོས་བཟོད་སོགས་བཞིའི་ཁྱད་པར།

Knowing the feature of support རྟེན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the feature of non-incompleteness མ་ཚང་བ་མེད་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the feature of thorough care ཡོངས་སུ་བཟུང་བའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
Knowing the feature of non-relishing རོ་མྱང་བ་མེད་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་ཤེས་པ།
