Newly attained: body sense-power (ལུས་ཀྱི་དབང་པ།) and life-faculty (སྲོག་གི་དབང་པོ།)
Already present in continuum: mental sense-power (ཡིད་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ།) and faculty of neutral feeling (བཏང་སྙོམས་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ།)
Death (ordinary): body sense-power, life-faculty, mental sense-power, and faculty of neutral feeling cease simultaneously
Death (virtuous): plus the five powers cease simultaneously

Birth existence of instantaneous-birth in the Desire Realm:

Without signs (མཚན་མེད།)
- Newly attained: five sense-powers (མིག་སོགས་དབང་པོ་ལྔ།) and life-faculty (སྲོག་གི་དབང་པོ།)
- Death: five sense-powers and the three definite faculties cease simultaneously
With signs (མཚན་ཡོད།)
- Newly attained: above six + either the male or female faculty (ཕོ་མོ་གང་རུང་གི་དབང་པོ།)
- Death: five sense-powers, the three definite faculties, and either the male or female faculty cease simultaneously
With both signs (མཚན་གཉིས་པ།)
- Newly attained: above six + both the male and female faculties (ཕོ་མོའི་དབང་པོ་གཉིས།)
- Death: five sense-powers, the three definite faculties, and both the male and female faculties cease simultaneously

Birth existence of the Form Realm:

Newly attained: five sense-powers (མིག་སོགས་དབང་པོ་ལྔ།) and life-faculty (སྲོག་གི་དབང་པོ།)
Death: five sense-powers and the three definite faculties cease simultaneously

Birth existence of the Formless Realm:

Newly attained: only one: life-faculty (སྲོག་གི་དབང་པོ་གཅིག་ཁོ་ན།)
Death: life-faculty, mental sense-power, and faculty of neutral feeling cease simultaneously (definite faculties)
