5. Responding to objections བརྒལ་ལན།

རྣམ་བཤད་རིགས་པ་ལས།
མདོ་དོན་སྨྲ་བ་དག་གིས་ནི། དགོས་པ་བསྡུས་པའི་དོན་བཅས་དང་། ཚིག་དོན་བཅས་དང་མཚམས་སྦྱར་བཅས། བརྒལ་ལན་བཅས་པར་བསྙད་པར་བྱ།
(Vasubandhu's) Logical Explanations:
Those who propound the meanings of sutras
Should explain through: purpose, the summarised meaning,
The exegesis, and the connections,
Together with the response to objections.
