ཕྱི་རོལ་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་པ་འགའ་ཞིག་གིས་སྔོན་གནས་རྗེས་དྲན་གྱི་མངོན་ཤེས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བར་བསྐལ་ཉི་ཤུ་དང༌། བཞི་བཅུ་དང༌། བརྒྱད་ཅུ་དྲན་པ་དང༌། ལྷའི་མིག་གི་མངོན་ཤེས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ཁ་དོག་བཟང་བ་དང་ངན་པ་རྣམས་དེ་དང་དེར་སྐྱེས་པ་མཐོང་ནས་བདག་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་རྟག་པར་སྨྲ་བ་རྣམས་ཡིན་ནོ།

Some Outsiders who practice concentrations remember twenty, forty, and eighty intermediate eons in dependence upon clairvoyance remembering previous states, while others perceive sentient beings with good and bad appearances being born in such and such places in dependence upon the clairvoyance of Divine Eye; thereby propounding that the self and the world is permanent.
