སྤེལ་གཞི་བསམ་གཟུགས་ལ་སྤེལ་ཆོས་འགོག་པ་སྤེལ་ནས་སྙོམས་པར་འཇུག་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་རྗེས་ལ་མངོན་རྟོགས།
འགོག་པ་སྤེལ་ཆོས་སུ་བྱས་པའི་ཡར་སོང་ཐོད་རྒལ་གྱི་སྙོམས་འཇུག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A Mahayana subsequent clear realisation entering absorption through alternating the concentrations and formless absorptions with cessation.

This has sixteen abodes:

• Eight concentrations and formless absorptions
• Eight cessations

That is: 1 cess 2 cess 3 cess 4 cess etc.
