Knower of bases close to the Resultant Mother

ཐེག་དམན་གྱི་རྟོགས་རིགས་སུ་གནས་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་འཕགས་པའི་མཁྱེན་པ་གང་ཞིག སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་སྟོང་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྟོགས་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པ། འབྲས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཉེ་བའི་གཞི་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད། དེ་དང་གཉེན་པོ་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་གཞི་ཤེས་དོན་གཅིག
Definition: That which is:

1. A Mahayana Arya's exalted knower abiding in the Hinayana class of realisations; and
2. Conjoined with great compassion and the wisdom directly realising emptiness.

This and Knower of bases of the antidote class are mutually inclusive.

ས་མཚམས་ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་མཐོང་ལམ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སའི་བར་དུ་ཡོད།
Boundaries: From the Mahayana path of seeing and up to the Buddha-ground.

བྱང་སེམས་མཐོང་ལམ་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་མི་རྟག་སོགས་བཅུ་དྲུག་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྟོགས་པའི་མཁྱེན་པ་ཆོས་ཅན། འབྲས་ཡུམ་ལ་ཉེ་བའི་གཞི་ཤེས་ཡིན་ཏེ།
གཞི་ཤེས་གང་ཞིག སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་སྟོང་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྟོགས་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་འཕགས་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་མཁྱེན་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
The subject - an exalted knower directly realising the sixteen aspects (impermanence and so forth) in the continuum of a Bodhisattva on the path of seeing - it is a knower of bases close to the Resultant Mother because 1) it is a knower of bases and 2) it is an exalted knower in the continuum of a Mahayana Arya conjoined with great compassion and the wisdom directly realising emptiness.
