Knower of paths

རང་རྒྱུད་ལྡན་གྱི་གང་ཟག་གི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་སྟོང་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་རྟོགས་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པའི་ཐེག་ཆེན་འཕགས་པའི་མཁྱེན་པ་དེ། ལམ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A Mahayana Arya's exalted knower conjoined with the wisdom directly realising emptiness in the continuum of the person possessing it in their continuum.

Divisions:

1. Knower of paths knowing the paths of Hearers ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཤེས་པའི་ལམ་ཤེས།
2. Knower of paths knowing the paths of Solitary Realisers རང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་ལམ་ཤེས་པའི་ལམ་ཤེས།
3. Knower of paths knowing the paths of Bodhisattvas བྱང་སེམས་ཀྱི་ལམ་ཤེས་པའི་ལམ་ཤེས།

ས་མཚམས་ཐེག་ཆེན་མཐོང་ལམ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སའི་བར་དུ་ཡོད་དོ།
Boundaries: From the Mahayana path of seeing and up to the Buddha-ground.

Connection:

• All paths of the three vehicles must be generated in the continuum of a Bodhisattva
