Definition: Time that functions to support either heat or consciousness.

སྐྱེས་ནས་མ་ཤི་བར་དུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཐུན་གནས་པ་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པས་དེ་ལྟར་བཤད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Etymology: Due to empowering the abiding of the body's concordant class from birth and up to death.
