Mode of engaging in the activities (Uttaratantra)

The six meanings: དོན་དྲུག

1. The ten grounds are what function to definitely induce great enlightenment
   ས་བཅུ་པོ་དེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ངེས་པར་འབྱིན་བྱེད་དང་།
2. The two collections are the support or cause of that inducement of great enlightenment
   ཚོགས་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་བྱང་ཆེན་ངེས་པར་འབྱིན་བྱེད་དེའི་རྟེན་ནམ་རྒྱུ་དང་།
3. Supreme and complete enlightenment is the result of those two
   བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་མཆོག་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ནི་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་དང་།
4. The lineage in sentient beings' continua is what thoroughly upholds great enlightenment
   སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་རྒྱུད་ལ་ཡོད་པའི་རིགས་དེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང་།
5. The primary and secondary afflictions together with their imprints are the obscurations that hinder the attainment of great enlightenment
   ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་ཉེ་བའི་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོབ་པ་ལ་གེགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་དང་།
6. The condition for eliminating those obscurations and for complete enlightenment is the Buddhas' great compassion སྒྲིབ་པ་དེ་རྣམས་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རྐྱེན་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྐྱེན་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡིན།

Their six examples:

1. Ocean - due to the water of exalted wisdom acting to increase and possessing inestimable precious qualities ས་བཅུ་པ་དེ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཆུས་རྒྱས་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
2. Sun - due to those two being a source of sustenance for all sentient beings
   ཚོགས་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཉི་མ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། དེ་གཉིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཉེར་འཚོའི་གནས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
3. Space - due to being in the nature of limitless precious qualities
   བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ནི་ནམ་མཁའ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། དེ་ཡོན་ཏན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཐའ་དབུས་མེད་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
4. The naturally abiding lineage in the continuum of sentient beings which is suitable to transform into enlightenment is like a treasure - due to being suitable to give rise to or being the source of all qualities, the natural purity that is the dharmata of the perfectly complete Buddhas
   བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རུང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་གནས་རིགས་ནི་གཏེར་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ།
   དེ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཉིད་རང་བཞིན་རྣམ་པར་དག་པ་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྱུང་རུང་སྟེ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གནས་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
5. Cloud - due to being adventitious, pervading what they obscure, and not being established truly
   སྤྲིན་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། དེ་རྣམས་གློ་བུར་བ་དང་། བསྒྲིབ་བྱ་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་དང་། བདེན་པའི་རང་བཞིན་དུ་མ་གྲུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར།
6. Wind - due to scattering those obscurations through its abiding
   རླུང་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། དེ་སྒྲིབ་པ་དེ་འཐོར་བར་ནི་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།

སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཕྲིན་ལས་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་དུ་འཇུག་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
Enlightened activities are engaged in uninterruptedly due to three attributes:

1. Definitely emerging through the power of the conditions included within the ten grounds and two collections is the cause for uninterrupted engagement in others' welfare
   ས་བཅུ་དང་ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བསྡུས་པའི་རྐྱེན་གཞན་གྱི་དབང་གིས་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བ་གཞན་དོན་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པའི་རྒྱུའི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་།
2. Perceiving oneself and sentient beings equally abide in the nature of dharmata, great enlightenment and the lineage of sentient beings is the nature of uninterrupted engagement in others' welfare
   བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་མཚུངས་པར་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་དུ་གནས་པར་གཟིགས་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཉིས་ཏེ་
   གཞན་དོན་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པའི་ངོ་བོའི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་།
3. The Buddha's great compassion that is the condition for eliminating the root and secondary afflictions together with their imprints is the result of uninterrupted engagement in others' welfare
   ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང་ཉེ་བའི་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་འཇོམས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རྐྱེན་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་སྟེ་
   གཞན་དོན་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པའི་འབྲས་བུའི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་མཛད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་མ་རྫོགས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
