One final vehicle vs Three final vehicles

གང་ཡང་དག་པའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་པར་ཞུགས་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་མཐུ་མེད་དོ། དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན།
དེ་དག་གིས་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་མཚམས་བཅད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
འོན་ཀྱང་གང་ཡང་གལ་ཏེ་དེ་དག་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཡང་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བར་བྱའོ།
Those who have entered faultless reality lack the power to generate the mind of enlightenment. Why is that? Because they have severed the connection with the continuum of Samsara.
However, if they were to generate the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment, then this should be rejoiced in!

གང་ཡང་དག་པའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་པ་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་ནི། ཉན་ཐོས་ཀྱི་མཐོང་ལམ་ཐོབ་པའི་ལམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་དང༌།
མཚམས་བཅད་པ་ནི། ཉོན་མོངས་མ་ལུས་པར་སྤངས་པས་འཁོར་བར་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་ལོག་པ་ལ་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ལྟར་དུ་རྒྱན་སྣང་ལས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར།

• "Those who abide in complete faultlessness" refers to those who abide on all paths having attained the Hearer's path of seeing; and
• "Severing the connection" refers to overcoming the cause for birth in samsara due to having abandoned all afflictions without exception.

དེས་ན་གང་ཡང་དག་པའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་པ་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་ཞེས་སོགས་མཐར་ཐུག་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ་དུ་གྲུབ་པར་སྟོན་པའི་མདོ་ཡིན་ཞིང༌། འོན་ཀྱང་གང་ཡང་དེ་དག་གི།
ཞེས་སོགས་ཀྱིས་དེ་དྲང་དོན་དུ་བཀྲལ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
Therefore:

• "Those who have entered faultless reality" and so forth is a sutra indicating three final vehicles;
• "However, if they..." and so forth explains that as of interpretative meaning.
