Persons who are supports for cultivating the applications
ཕྱི་ནང་གི་རྐྱེན་གཉིས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སྐབས་འདིར་དངོས་སུ་བསྟན་པའི་སེམས་དཔའ། སྐབས་འདིར་དངོས་སུ་བསྟན་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་སྒོམ་པ་པོའི་རྟེན་གྱི་གང་ཟག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: A bodhisattva explicitly indicated in this context and possessing the two inner and outer conditions.
Divisions:
- Vessel for mainly listening to the words of the Mother ཡུམ་གྱི་ཚིག་གཙོ་བོར་ཉན་པའི་སྣོད།
By way of possessing three distinguishing features: ཁྱད་པར་གསུམ་ལྡན་གྱིས་སྒོ་ནས།- Engaging in surpassing activities wrt the Buddhas: Observing the Tathagatas and building temples and so forth དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་དམིགས་ཏེ་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་བྱེད་པ་སོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ལ་ལྷག་པར་བྱ་བ་བྱས་པ་དང༌།
- Producing roots of virtue wrt those Buddhas: Offering alms and so forth
བསོད་སྙོམས་འབུལ་བ་སོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་དག་ལ་དགེ་རྩ་བསྐྲུན་པ་དང༌། - Thoroughly held and protected by the Mahayana virtuous friend
ཐེག་ཆེན་གྱི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གྱི་མགོན་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ།
- Vessel for taking to mind the words of the Mother ཡུམ་གྱི་ཚིག་བློ་ལ་ལེན་པའི་སྣོད།
By way of relying upon and serving many Buddhas སངས་རྒྱས་མང་པོ་བསྟེན་ཏེ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་ - Vessel for holding without forgetting the meaning wrt all doubts they questioned
ཐེ་ཚོམ་གྱི་དོན་ཀུན་འདྲི་བའི་དོན་མི་བརྗེད་པར་འཛིན་པའི་སྣོད།
Through serving the Buddhas སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ནས་ - Vessel for correct mental engagement through the characteristics of practicing generosity and so forth
སྦྱིན་སོགས་སྤྱོད་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པའི་སྣོད།
Due to directly serving the Buddhas སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་བསྙེན་པས་
སྦྱོར་བ་སྒོམ་པ་པོའི་གང་ཟག་ཡིན་ན་བྱང་སེམས་ཡིན་པས་མ་ཁྱབ་སྟེ། ཉན་ཐོས་ཚོགས་ལམ་པ་དེ་སྦྱོར་བ་སྒོམ་པ་པོའི་གང་ཟག་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
If it is a person cultivating the applications, it is not pervaded by being a Bodhisattva because a Hearer on the path of accumulation is that.
རྣམ་རྫོགས་སྦྱོར་བ་སྒོམ་པའི་ལམ་མ་ཞུགས་ཀྱི་གང་ཟག་མེད་དེ། དེ་ཡིན་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡིན་དགོས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There are no persons who are not path-enterers who cultivate the application in complete aspects because if it is that, it is necessarily a Bodhisattva.
