ཚོགས་སྒྲུབ་གང་ཞིག སེམས་དམིགས་པ་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་འདོད་འདོད་དུ་འབད་མེད་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཏུ་འཇུག་པའི་ཤིན་སྦྱངས་ཀྱི་བདེ་བས་ཟིན་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན།
ཞི་གནས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That which is:

1. A practice of the collections; and
2. A concentration conjoined with the bliss of pliancy engaging the mind in an object of observation effortlessly and as desired.
