Contradiction and Relation

ཁྱོད་ཐ་དད་ཀྱང་ཡིན། ཁྱོད་ཡིན་པ་མི་སྲིད་པ་ཡང་ཡིན་པའི་གཞི་མཐུན་དུ་དམིགས་པ་དེ། རང་ཉིད་འགལ་བ་ཡིན་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition of x being a contradiction: That observed as the common locus of 1) x is different and 2) it is impossible to be x.

e.g. existence and non-existence, pot and pillar, hot and cold

When divided:

1. mutually negating contradiction ཕན་ཚུན་སྤང་འགལ།
2. non-simultaneous abiding contradiction ལྷན་ཅིག་མི་གནས་འགལ།

When relation is divided:

1. Related as same nature བདག་གཅིག་འབྲེལ།
2. Causal relationship དེ་བྱུང་འབྲེལ།

Otherwise (not related but different): unrelated different objects འབྲེལ་མེད་དོན་གཞན།

There are four possibilities between contradiction and relation:

1. Both: fire and smoke
2. Contradiction: pot and pillar
3. Relation: product and impermanent
4. Neither: pot and pot / male and human
