གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། མིག་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བཟུང་བྱ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Definition: The apprehended-object of the eye-consciousness.
གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་དང་། གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ཁམས་དང་། བསྟན་ཡོད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་གསུམ་དོན་གཅིག
Form-source, form constituent, and demonstrable form are mutually inclusive.
བསྟན་ཡོད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ནི། མིག་གི་ཡུལ་དུ་བསྟན་དུ་ཡོད་པ།
Demonstrable form is that which can be demonstrated as an object of eye-[consciousness].
Divisions: གཟུགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་གཉིས་ཡོད་དེ།
- Shapes དབྱིབས་དང།
- Colours ཁ་དོག་གཉིས་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Shapes are divided into eight: དེ་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་བརྒྱད་ཡོད་དེ།
- long and short, རིང་བ་དང་ཐུང་བ།
- high and low, མཐོ་བ་དང་དམའ་བ།
- polygon and round, ལྷམ་པ་དང་ཟླུམ་པོ།
- level and non-level. ཕྱ་ལེ་བ་དང་ཕྱ་ལེ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་གཟུགས་དང་བཅས་པ་བརྒྱད་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
ལྷམ་པ་ནི་གྲུབ་བཞི། ཟླུམ་པོ་ནི་གོར་མོའམ་ཧྲིལ་པོ། ཕྱ་ལེ་བ་ནི་ངོས་མཉམ་པའི་དབྱིབས་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་བྱེད་རིགས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Polygons have four sides, round refers to circles or spheres, and level refers to flat surfaces.
Colours are divided into two: ཁ་དོག་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་གཉིས་ཡོད་དེ།
- Primary colours རྩ་བའི་ཁ་དོག་དང་།
- Secondary colours ཡན་ལག་གི་ཁ་དོག་གཉིས་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
རྩ་བའི་ཁ་དོག་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་བཞི་ཡོད་དེ། སྔོ་སེར་དཀར་དམར་བཞི་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There are four primary colours: blue, yellow, white, and red.
There are eight secondary colours: That of ཡན་ལག་གི་ཁ་དོག་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་བརྒྱད་ཡོད་དེ། དེར་གྱུར་པའི་
- clouds and smoke སྤྲིན་དང་དུ་བ།
- dust and mist རྡུལ་དང་ཁུག་སྣ།
- illumination and darkness སྣང་བ་དང་མུན་པ།
- shadow and sunlight གྲིབ་མ་དང་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་དང་བརྒྱད་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།
