Non-implicative negation

རང་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའི་སྒྲས་རང་གི་དགག་བྱ་བཀག་ཤུལ་དུ་རང་འཛིན་རྟོག་པའི་གཞལ་བྱར་འཕངས་པ་ཡང་ཡིན། སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡང་ཡིན་པའི་གཞི་མཐུན་པ་མེད་པ་ཡང་ཡིན། དགག་པ་ཡང་ཡིན་པའི་གཞི་མཐུན་པར་དམིགས་པ་དེ། རང་ཉིད་མེད་དགག་གི་གཞན་སེལ་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition (Purbuchok): That observed as the common locus of being:

A negation; and
There does not exist a common locus of:
1. That which is implicitly conveyed as a cognised-object to its apprehending conception upon the sound expressing it negating its object of negation; and
2. Being a positive phenomenon.

རང་ཉིད་ངེས་པའི་བློས་རང་གི་དགག་བྱ་བཅད་ཤུལ་དུ་རང་གིས་འཕངས་བྱར་གྱུར་པའི་ཆོས་གཞན་མི་འཕེན་པའི་དགག་པ། མེད་དགག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition (Tendarwa): A negation that does not implicitly convey another phenomenon that is its conveyed-object upon the awareness ascertaining it negating its object of negation.

མེད་དགག་དང་མེད་དགག་གི་གཞན་སེལ་གཉིས་དོན་གཅིག
Non-implicative negation and non-implicative other-exclusion are mutually inclusive.

Non-implicative negation whose object of negation is possible among objects of knowledge

གང་དག་འཕགས་པའི་མཉམ་གཞག་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲོས་པ་རྣམ་པར་བཅད་ཙམ་གྱི་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་རྟོགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱས་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་རངས་ཤིང་དགའ་ལ།

རི་བོང་རྭ་དང་འདྲ་བའི་ཅང་མེད་དུ་འདོད་པའི་བློའི་སྐྱོན་ཡིན་ཏེ། ཅིར་ཡང་མ་གྲུབ་ན་མེད་དགག་ཡིན་པར་འགལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ།
LTK Ocean of Reasoning: If it is said "The Arya's exalted wisdom of meditative equipoise realises freedom from elaborations that is the mere elimination of elaborations" then they rejoice and are happy, whereas if it is said "It cognises the non-implicative negation of elaborations" they cannot bear it! This is the fault of not understanding that the meaning of non-implicative negation is "the mere elimination of the object of negation" and asserting that all non-implicative negations are complete non-existents like rabbit-horns because if nothing is established then this would contradict that being a non-implicative negation.
