གཅིག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། སོ་སོ་བ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཆོས་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Definition of one (same): Phenomenon that is not diverse.

Terminological division:

1. One isolate ལྡོག་པ་གཅིག
2. One nature / entity ངོ་བོ་གཅིག
3. One type རིགས་གཅིག

གྲུབ་བདེ་གཅིག་གི་དོན་ནི། གྲུབ་པ་དུས་མཉམ། གནས་པ་དུས་མཉམ། འཇིག་པ་དུས་མཉམ།
Meaning of same establishment and abiding: Being established, abiding, and disintegrating simultaneously.
e.g. the colour and smell of sandalwood.

ཙན་དན་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་དང་ཙན་དན་གྱི་དྲི་གཉིས་ཆོས་ཅན། གྲུབ་བདེ་རྫས་གཅིག་མ་ཡིན་པར་ཐལ། རྫས་གཅིག་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Those two as the subject, it follows that they are not one substance of establishment and abiding because of not being the same substance.
