རེག་བྱའི་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། ལུས་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མྱོང་བྱ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
Definition: the experienced-object of the body-consciousness.

Divisions: རེག་བྱ་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་གཉིས་ཡོད་དེ།

1. Those that are elements འབྱུང་བར་གྱུར་པའི་རེག་བྱ་དང་།
2. Those that arise from the elements འབྱུང་འགྱུར་གྱི་རེག་བྱ་གཉིས་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱིར།

འབྱུང་བར་གྱུར་པའི་རེག་བྱ་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་བཞི་ཡོད་དེ། ས་ཆུ་མེ་རླུང་བཞི་པོ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
There are four tangible objects that are elements:

1. Earth: that which is hard and obstructive སའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡིད་དེ། སྲ་ཞིང་འཐས་པ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
2. Water: that which is wet and moistening ཆུའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། བརླན་ཞིང་གཤེར་བ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
3. Fire: that which is hot and burning མེའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། ཚ་ཞིང་སྲེག་པ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
4. Wind: that which is light and moving རླུང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཡོད་དེ། ཡང་ཞིང་གཡོ་བ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།

འབྱུང་འགྱུར་གྱི་རེག་བྱ་ལ་དབྱེ་ན་བདུན་ཡོད་དེ།
There are seven tangible objects that arise from the elements: Those that are: དེར་གྱུར་པའི་

• Soft and rough འཇམ་པ་དང་རྩུབ་པ།
• Heavy and light ལྕི་བ་དང་ཡང་བ།
• Cold, hunger and thirst གྲང་བ་དང་བཀྲེས་པ། སྐོམ་པ་དང་བདུན་པོ་དེ་དེ་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།
