Correct sign of belief

དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་གང་ཞིག  དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་ལ་ཡིད་ཆེས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་དཔག་ཚད་མ་སྐྱེད་བྱེད་དེ། ཡིད་ཆེས་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་གི་མཚན་ཉིད།
Definition: That which is:

1. A correct sign in the proof of that; and
2. The producer of an inferential valid cognition of belief wrt the probandum in the proof of that.

Divisions: འབྲས་རང་མ་དམིགས་པའི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་གསུམ་ལས།

1. Correct result sign
   e.g. "a scripture purified by the threefold analysis" in the proof that the scripture "Due to generosity, enjoyments; due to ethics happiness." is preceded by a previous valid cognition apprehending its indicated-meaning. དཔྱད་གསུམ་གྱིས་དག་པའི་ལུང་དེ། སྦྱིན་པས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱིས་བདེ།
   ཞེས་པའི་ལུང་རང་གི་བསྟན་བྱའི་དོན་རྟོགས་པའི་ཚད་མ་སྔ་མ་སྔོན་དུ་སོང་བར་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཡིད་ཆེས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་རྟགས་ཡང་དག
2. Correct nature sign
   e.g. the same for the proof that it is non-deceptive wrt its indicated-meaning.
3. Correct non-observation sign
   e.g. the same for the proof that it is not deceptive wrt its indicated-meaning.
